can anyone help me ?
and help me figur out y i can't make any calls?

Umm no it didn't. You can't make calls.

True, but I think ooolala50 would like to know his/her mistake.;)

You have to deselect activate. Then when you restore with the custom IPSW, iTunes will activate your iPhone. You will have to jailbreak again and deselect activate in the General settings on the screen where you pick what you want done, i.e. boot logos, Cydia apps, Installer apps. Then restore in iTunes and you're good to go!
