Can't make or receive calls and send messages.

Hi,
I've got an iPhone 3G 8GB jailbroken/unlocked. my carrier signal is working fine and everything too. But I can't make or receive calls and send messages. I restored it and it's still the same. Can anyone help me???

need more information. Did this happen out of nowhere? What was changed recently on your phone? You are unlocked, which carrier are you using?

I don't know much about unlocking but did you turn off the 3G signal before running whichever program you used? I think there are issues with unlocking if you aren't using the Edge signal from the start.

Not enough information given to help you; but, if you live in Canada and are on the Rogers/Fido network, then it's been down for about 18 hours so far.

I live in the UK. I'm using T-Mobile UK. Yes, My iPhone is unlocked.This never happen out of nowhere. My phone wasn't changed recently.
