Can’t make phone calls, receive phone calls or open the Dialer app

Hey guys.
I installed iOS11 public beta last night. Everything is going well, the only problem is that the phone app doesn’t work, which is a major problem. Because of that, I can’t make calls, or receive calls. I have tried resetting the network settings and the phone settings, but nothing is working. The is full coverage network in my phone, with the cellular data working fine. Please help me out. Really urgent.

You should restore to iOS 10.3.2/10.3.3 then. It's not worth it if you can't use your phone for a basic function.

That’s a new feature in iOS 11. Its telling you that you been on the phone too long...
