Can't move tabs in Safari

Is it just me or is this some big bug? I can't change the position of tabs because when I drag a tab it drags the whole window. What am I missing?

works here. try quitting/re-opening safari (or rebooting)...

yes. try with a 'virgin' set of tabs in a new window. still not working? perhaps do a safe boot, then reboot again. or?

anyone else? it should work.
