Hey there! so my friend who relies on me on her computer troubles first texts me saying that while using netflix her MacBook Pro (late 2010) ends up freezing and therefor she has to force restart. I have been really busy with office so couldn't reply her on time and she decided to remove Microsoft Silverlight to Trash and didn't properly uninstall it. After this both the browsers, Safari and Chrome are not working and showing a '?' icon on them where as she cannot open Skype as well.
Can you guys please tell me what the problem is and how can I help her fix it?

did you try reinstalling Silverlight? AFAIK, Netflix needs that anyways. I
