Here is situation.

I had iOS 10.2 on my iPhone & Watch (series 2) with iOS 3 and everything was paired all fine.

I downgraded my iPhone to iOS 10.1.1 yesterday (for pending jailbreak), since then, my apple watch hasn't been connecting it's had the little red iPhone symbol on watch saying not connected, BUT on iPhone Bluetooth showed it was "connected".

Sooo I unpaired > it made a backup erased apple watch > Tried to repair I hold watch to camera it starts to say "Apple watch is Paired" > then I get a pop-up that says "Your Apple Watch couldn't pair with your iPhone"

Any Suggestions?

I've restarted both, reset network settings and erased apple watch again. Nothing.
