Sounds to me like you can make apps now, but you just need to wait until June to sell them?
So couldnt our nice community make SDK apps now and just put them on installer?
But isnt SDK based upon the iPhone 2.0 firmware? If we don't have the firmware, how can we run the apps? Maybe I heard wrong.
The iPhone SDK lets you develop and use your current iPhone (1.1.4) to run and test the apps on.
The 2.0 release is going to have the App Store and all the Enterprise goodies..... but I think the main framework for the system will be unchanged.
Truse me.... the Jailbreak community is gonna be all over this SDK like files on Sheet.
Edit:
Here is a screen shot of a current iPhone being set up for development purposes.

as mentioned its based on teh 2.0 firmware, but no one knows yet if the $99 fee for listings include beta firmware or not(i personally dont think ti would. it will include framework for new thigns in 2.0, and tools, but NOT the firmware itself)y
For $99 apple says you get "access to pre-release iPhone software".
