Can't Permanently Log Out Of Twitter

I had two Twitter accounts logged into my iPhone 4s (through the Settings app). I deleted one of them, but continue to get push notifications for that account.

I have since deleted all Twitter accounts from my phone, and uninstalled the Twitter app. I reinstalled the Twitter app, and then logged back in to the ONE Twitter account I wanted. But the push notifications started back up again for the account that isn't signed in.

Any way to remedy this without a restore? Anyone else seen this issue? :confused:
