Other Can’t Pick Up Web Order in store. Apple system crashed

They have my phone sitting here. But they cant check me out. Says they have a ‘global’ systems issue. Waiting 20 mins now.

Somerset Mall, Troy Michigan just told me the same thing. At 3:50 when I arrived for my 3:30-4 they said it had been down an hour. No ETA, were keeping a line but recommending everyone go home. Also offered to check walk-in stock and replace my order but were unable to give me the same model.
