iCloud Can't recall when I set an iCloud option...

I would like to be reminded where online I specified (as is true now) that my documents would be saved only on iCloud Drive, not on my local HD. If someone can navigate me there, I'd much appreciate it. Thanks!

From the device that has Desktop and Document syncing enabled:
Settings -> [your name] -> iCloud -> iCloud Drive [under apps using iCloud] -> Desktop & Documents Folders -> ON / OFF.

If you want to know WHEN you enabled that option, I don't think that information is available without a giant trawl through the logs.

Following your navigation path, I got as far as "iCloud Drive (under apps "Apps Syncing to iCloud Drive"[**NOT** "Apps Using iCloud"] and under this only Pages was listed, so I lost the thread of your navigation. (Iphone SE. IOS 17.4.1)
