Looking for some help. My wife finally got me to swap from android to IPhone. I have a 14 pro max. Having some issues getting mms picture from some but not all android users. I can send and they all receive my pictures but I can’t get select peoples. Weird thing is the same people can send pictures to my wife’s iPhone 13 Pro and she gets them. And even weirder is if it’s a group message I will get the pictures from these same people. I have checked my mms setting and none of these people are blocked. My carrier Verizon is saying the network is fine. I’m assuming it’s my phone as my wife’s getting pictures from these same people. When these people send me mms picture messages it says canceled on there end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Turn the phone off, remove the sim, turn it on and put the sim back in. go to settings and turn on pictures with lower quality. and of turn on iMessage (which is one of the reasons your wife made you switch😉) Might be you actually need to get an update from your provider but nowadays that usually automated.
You can see if there is an APN for mms is active under settings mobile data - Mobile data network. Have you tried sending a mms to anyone yourself?
I can send to myself. MMS is active in my Verizon account. Like I said it's only some people and they have Android phones but I can get pictures from other people with Android phones. It very strange.
