cant refresh changes in cydia

yeah i saw that thread, but i dont think its the same error. this just started happening today. didnt change anything. and i dont really want to remove the repo since i got the roms off of it. or if i remove a repo that i added stuff from with it erase anything or create errors?

Well you could buy the Cydia apps and thus not need these repos for starters.
