Before upgrading my iPad to iOS5, I used my husbands appleID for purchases, but I also had entered my email address so I could receive Facetime calls. Now I want to use my email address as as my appleID for iCloud and iMessage, but I have no idea what my password was. I've gone to iforgot.apple.com and entered it about twenty times, but it never sends me a reset email. Any alternate way to reset it?
 
total train wreck man, its not you, its apple...
i tried tech support over the phone, chat and email...
the only way i sorted it out was by emailing support. this morning i was getting responses within ten minutes and had the whole thing cleared up in less than an hour. they fixed my account from their end and i was finally able to log in.

email them, good luck, report back
 
Five emails later still no luck. Does iTunes support have a phone number?
 
call the main apple support hotline listed on the web site under support, maybe they can help. i was put through to tech support
