Can't resize

Hi,
Wanted a bit of help as I can't seem to resize my boot partition it's a 250gb hd and my boot partition is like 19gb! Why will osx not let me resize it fully? I have tried in ML from a ML memory stick and disk utility keeps saying every time cannot resize this partition, WHY!

Does this help.

If you are having trouble still, post up a screen shot of disk util with the partitions shown and I will try and help you out.

Is the main partition you are trying to resize at the top?

Thanks just used carbon copy Cloner to restore it to a full partition
