Can't resolve to url's

Let me say my router is fine, but when opening safari I can not open any web sites. If I do a restart I can access 1 web site and it freezes up after every restart, can anyone HELP?

Not enough information.

ISP, Router, Cable/Phone Co are the first 3 things to check.

If Safari isn't working, can you try a different browser, to see if "the symptoms" remain the same?
