Cant restore ip11 pro max. Just says downloading?

Hi,

Wanting to dfu restore my iPhone 11 Pro max and when I get it in dfu mode , it initially starts downloading the software, showing the little pie chart symbol and then stops. When I unplug and replug in , it just stays the Mac is downloading the software for the phone. Been like this for 2 hours now. Turned my phone back on normally and tried that way but still just says its downloading.

Anybody else had this and managed to solve it?

Download the appropriate IPSW from here: https://ipsw.me

Then, hold down option while clicking on restore in Finder, navigate to the IPSW, and it should work!
