iPhone Cant restore iphone.

I was using my iphone 4s normally, until the day the computer did not recognized it anymore. I have jailbreak and i use to charge my iphone with a fake charger or in PC. One day, my phone wasnt recognized by any PC (without DFU) and i cant charge with the fake(false, replic...) charger anymore.

Situation: My phone is now recognized only in Recovery mode, but i cant restore due error 3194 (already tried to fix it through the "hosts").
I dont know if it is hardware or software problem (because of jailbreak), if its hardware i cant do anything, but if it is software problem, i think that might have be a solution. First, i need help to restore (to remove jailbreak), but cant fix this error 3194 with the "common" solution.

Sorry for the very bad english and "organization", but i cant clearly describe my problem in english

Are you restoring to the latest version, which is currently iOS 8.3? If you're not, that's why the 3194 error pops up

In your web browser, type in gs.apple.com

If it goes to an apple placeholder page, your hosts file is ok. If it goes to cydia, then you haven't fixed your hosts file correctly
