iPod touch Can't restore ipod 5 always Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed) ...

Hi my friends !!!

I have a problem with my old Ipod touch 5.

I try to use it again but when I try to charge always send me the itunes logo. When I connect to a pc ( by the way different ones ) always send me a error Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed), I try to enter to a DFU mode and dont work.

Any idea ???

were you able to resolve this problem?

I have exact the same issue with my iPhone SE. Not able to restore it, or enter DFU.

MacBook ignores the phone. Windows is saying "Unknown USB Device (Port Reset Failed)"
