Can't run certain apps

I want to run certain installers for example i want to run the installer to install Diabo 3 and the Battle.net software but whenever i click the app i am getting an error: The program Diablo-III-Setup-enGB can not be opened. I have changed setting to run from every source in the security and privacy options.

Same with the installers i download to install games from Big Fish Games.

But for example i had no issues to run the installers for Photoshop and Office 365

Are you sure that the games are for Intel and not PowerPC? Support for Power PC was dropped several releases ago.

I run the Big Fish Games app on my older MacBook Pro from 2012 And i don't think Diablo 3 is that old
