I am running it on a jailbroken iPhone running 1.1.3. I installed the NES.app using installer.app and I believe NES.app is version 2.0.1. Any help?

This probably doesn't help much, but I'm having the same problem. Anybody have any ideas here?

Okay, I had this problem with both the NES app and the gpsPhone app.

This seemed to do the trick..

Open up WinSCP and connect to your iPhone then do this command:

Code:
chown -hR mobile /var/mobile

And if it is still not saving, do this command after:

Code:
chown -hR mobile /var/root

Oh, and remember to reboot the phone JUST incase ;)

Figured it out using the code supplied by domness.

I connected to my phone in terminal via ssh, then ran both of those codes and it worked like a charm. Many thanks for the help!

I am no too familiar with winscp, but I have been able to use to add roms. However where and how do you enter in these commands??

No problem.

And if you ever use gpsPhone to play GBA games, this makes the save games work for that too ;)

I'm not very familiar with the whole Terminal thing, but I am handy with Google. However, when I try to create an SSH connection to my iPhone to enable saving, it gets to where it asks me for a password, but won't let me type anything. I've included a screenshot to show what it looks like.

Lawls! It's just like the old computer login script on my teacher's computer some 12 years ago. You just can't see it type!

God, this was such a terrible question that I couldn't find on google.

I promise I'm way smarter than I let on.

And thanks! I don't understand the command enough to get what the problem was, but it sure did fix it.

(Why can't it be BASIC or Window DOS commands?)
