80% of my photos and videos aren't visible on my Photos app? They were all there after the initial upgrade to iOS 11 but I was unable to send some videos through Whatsapp. Then yesterday evening most of them disappeared off the photos app. I checked on my iPad which is also linked to the same iCloud Photo Library and all the photos and videos are still there (which is a relief). I have restarted the phone, logged out of iCloud and then logged back in but the photos still don't show up on the phone. I have iCloud Photo Library on but still nothing. I think my next option would be to reset the phone and restore from backup but I am hoping to avoid having to do that.
