iPhone Can’t see iPad/iPhone safari tabs on other devices

Anyone know how to fix this? Sick to death of apple problems tbh.

Tried signing out of iCloud and back in again, closed all tabs, restarted iPhone and iPad.

I can see my Mac Pro and Mbp tabs on my iPad, but nothing on my iPhone.

I can’t see my iPad tabs on my iPhone.

Any help would be great,

Is your Bluetooth and WiFi on? Handoff works through both of those, so if either of them is off it won't work.
