Can't see my whole music collection on iPhone

I thought with this update I would be able to see my entire music collection, even if I don't have it on my iPhone, and be able to download/stream from the cloud. Am I missing something?

NEVER MIND... I figured it out. Without iTunes Match I'm only going to see what I've bought through iTunes.
