Can’t see new features

I know this might be a stupid question, but how do I access the new widgets and folders in iPadOS 14? I’m not seeing it.

For iPadOS it's on the far left. You can't put the widgets on the home screen like the iPhone. As far as folders, that was not added to iPadOS. Folders is iPhone only.

iPadOS is pretty much the same as 13 unfortunately. The biggest changes came to iPhone only
