Can't seem to install apple products

Hey all,

I'm running a windows 7 machine and I'm having trouble installing both iCloud and quick time. See the attached dropbox link showing the errors. I can install other programs from other authors just fine and I do have admin access. Does anybody have any idea as to what may be going on with my system?

Looks like a corrupted MSI. Can you try to download again and see if that does the trick? Can I also confirm where you're downloading it from?
