Other Can't select ATT Next Up Plan via Apple?

I'm trying to purchase a 15 pro max 512gb via Apple but I'm having some issues. I'm trading in my 11 Pro Max 256gb with ATT but there is no option to select the NextUp Plan. It's only allowing the NextUp option WITHOUT a trade-in. Is anyone else having this issue?

Also, would it make more sense to do the Apple iPhone Payment plan (0% for 24 months for $56.99 monthly including AppleCare w/Theft) vs ATT w/NextUp($21.84 monthly without AppleCare-with AC $33.84)
