cant send picture mms on 3.0

I have a iphone 2g with 3.0 installed....i also installed 'activatemms2g' from cydia......to enable mms. everything looks like it should work, but everytime i try and send a picture text i get a red exclamation mark and it does not send. Is there something else i need to set up? I have friends using the same provider and it works for them......

Yes, you will need to get your provider's MMS Server settings into the phone.

See post 52 in this thread, that's what worked for me when I had the same problem.

Basically you have to build your own mobileconfig file with your provider's settings in, those are instructions on how you can do that.

uhhh id never know how to do that haha. I guess im not sending or receiving pictures..

It's not difficult, really

Main thing is to find out from your friends what the settings are on their phones, then that method lets you duplicate them.
