Can't send SMS or iMessages

Anyone having issues having sending SMS or iMessages through the Messages app on DP5? It was working fine for me prior to this version...

DP2 it was working
DP3 it was not working
DP4 it was working
DP5 it is not working all the time
DP6 = ?

...or something.

Just be patient for 2-3 days and the next preview should make it work.

iMessages works fine; incoming SMS works; outgoing SMS does not work at all.

It's frustrating bcs it doesn't even give you an error message. It just eats the text and is gone forever.
