Can’t sign in to Apple feedback

I searched the forum, but i didn’t find any thread about this.
I’m on ios 14.5 on my phone and latest sw version on imac and macbbok pro but for about a week I can’t sign in to Apple feedback app. Not from my phone, not feom imac, mp pro.
Does anybody else has this issue?

Raise a bug report for this issue, using feedback.......

I sent a feedback report yesterday, but just from the Apple website.

am i doing something wrong? there is beta software on my phone but it isn't beta on my imac and macbook pro, still, i can't log in

Maybe there is a problem with the feedback assistant.
If it's desperate just use the feedback page on Apple.com

Can apple restrict an apple ID to use beta software? As i said, for almost 3 weeks i can't sign in to the feedback assistant using macos or ios, and today i noticed, that at the beta program enroll page, i can't get past the sign in page. I can sign in, but there is no option to enroll any device to beta software.
The beta site works as it should is I use my wife's apple ID.
