when i start the mac i get a startup sound and a black screen with an error logo on it (picture 01)

after that i hold down the cmd + r keys down and get a loading screen (picture 02)

the menu that i get after have the following options, "restore from time machine-safety copy, reinstall macOS, get help online and Drive tool" (picture 03)

if i try the first one "restore from time machine" it just keeps searching for a safety copy but never finds one (picture 04)

If i try "reinstall macOS" and wait for 20-30 mins it gives me the failed message "can't create a pre-boots-unit to APFS installing".

if i try the "desk utility tool", i can delete the part called "Freya" but cant do anything else in there without getting a message saying it didnt succed in the task (picture 05)

extra: some sites said to hold down cmd + option/alt + r.. but that doesnt work.. no matter how long i hold it down

anyone there can help me fixing it???

Are you pressing CMD+Option+R right after pressing the power button? Is it possible the keyboard is bad?

If you have access to another Mac, you could create a USB installer for MacOS and boot from the USB drive to re-install the OS.

No point system from what I have seen.

I'm just happy you got it to work. I've been down the "diagnosis from hell" road too and was dumbstruck when something as simple as using another mouse, keyboard, or trackpad solved the problem.
