Hello, first time posting here.

I have a MacBook pro from a couple of years ago, the Mac got jailbroken and i accidentally tried updating the software to the newest version not knowing i wasn't supposed to do that. This caused it to stop working, everytime I try too start it the "OpenCore boot menu" starts up and when I select the option "Macintosh HD" that shows up on the screen I see several lines of text that after a while start repeating endlessly, something with "power offset" in it

I tried pressing the shift Botton while pressing enter but nothing works, from what I got i think i have to start something called "safe boot" but I don't know how to do that

It's probably obvious that I'm not an expert so I'm sorry in advance if what in trying to explain is not clear
