iPhone Can't swipe between apps to close them...

since the update, after swiping up to see all open apps, the only thing it lets me do is close the app in the front, it won't let me swipe between apps, and it wont event register a touch outside of the area to close back to the home screen. anyone else having this issue?

Working fine for me. Have you tried just rebooting?
