Can't Sync Address Book iPhone 4s

Addresses are on my MBP, iCloud, old iPhone 3Gs, but I cannot get them to sync to my iPhone 4s. I did check the box to copy the addresses from the computer to the iPhone on the info screen. Anyone else having this problem?

OK, I figured it out.

Settings> iCloud> Contacts ON
