I must be doing something wrong, but I'm confused. Have my macbookair and my iphone. calendars all show up on me.com. on iphone, push is on, fetch is every 15 minute, account is active. no calendar events, no contacts. How can I force it to push/fetch? On itunes, shows that contacts, calendar should be pushed over mobile me. what settings am I missing?

a suggestion:

Go into the e mail settings on the iPhone. Go to the advanced tab. And turn off each of the individual push settings for mail, calendars etc. Turn off the phone. Confirm that mobileme web apps contain calendar and contacts info. Then turn on iphone. Turn on the individual push settings for mobileme account in the advanced settings one by one. And see whether this works. I seem to remember that you can have the push on, but if you don't turn each one on in advanced it won't update. Give that a try.

I got it working. I deleted all the accounts on my phone, and reinputted my me account. restarted phone, and it works. I wish the whole push concept would work for my other 5 email addresses, since my .mac/me is the least important.

"Pushing" non Me.com email accounts

Here is a trick I used to push my non Me.com email accounts to the iPhone. Luckily each of my email accounts had webmail associated with it. I went to the webmail setup page for each account and had it Forward a copy of all incoming emails to my Me.com address. Then, on my iPhone I disabled all non Me.com accounts and left the phone configured only for Me.com. Now email from all four of my accounts is pushed to Me.com and shows up instantly on the iPhone. The added advantage is that all email is consolidated into the Me.com Inbox so you don't have to switch among the accounts.

I am missing my Blackberry less and less each day.......

^this is an interesting alternative. how reliable is mobileMe for spam detection? I receive about a hundred spam messages a day with my other accounts, I dont want to infect my MobileMe account w/ these as well.
