About a year ago I had a Ipod Touch and synced it with a Windows Computer, but now I'm a proud MacBook Pro owner and got a new Ipod Touch Gen 2. But I still have alot of apps left on my PC that I wish to have on my new Touch & MBP. But it refuses to sync without delete my current apps which i Bought on my MPB. So now i have to choose; whether i want to sync with my Windows or my Mac, and of course I want to sync with the mac.

So, how do I transfer my old apps to my new MBP?

Insure that you are using the same account on your Mac as you were on your PC. They MUST be the same account. Go to the App Store and click on those apps you have already purchased and it will down load to your Mac....It will NOT charge you again.
