Ever since I installed Office 2010, I am unable to sync calendars with Mobile Me and Outlook. Everything synced great with Office 2007. Now all I am able to sync is Contacts and Bookmarks.

Wirelessly posted (iPhone 4: Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_0_1 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/532.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0.5 Mobile/8A306 Safari/6531.22.7)

I believe it worked ok for me but I was changing to the MM beta around the same time which caused things to stop working until the other day when the release a new control panel 1.6.1. You may want to try that.

I have updated the control panel to 1.6.1 and still unable to sync calendars with Outlook 2010. Contacts an bookmarks are syncing just fine. Only Calendars will not sync

Are you on the new MM Calendar Beta?

1. If yes, then have you look under the folder display (not normal calendar display) to see if there are new folders.

2. If no, then maybe you need to RESET one of the calendars. MM Preferences Control Panel under Sync there is Advanced Settings. There you can select to RESET Data on either the MM Web Site or your PC (not sure of exact wording). Which ever is the most up to date you could reset the other with that data. Then start from there.

Other then the upgrade to the Calendar Beta (which I was told about), I have never had a problem with Syncing of Calendar Data between the two. However, I never add entries on the Web Site because it does not support Alerts (Reminders). Only Outlook and the iPhone support that. Hopefully they will support this when the final MM Calendar is released.

I have tried to reset the calendars numerous times, I've unregistered and re-registered the computer in MM Control Panel Right now the MM Website has the most current calendar.

I have signed up for the calendar beta on the day the invitation appeared on my calendar, but so far I have heard nothing from Apple or MM about it.

I have not had a problem with my MM but I did have a problem with my Wife's Account. I don't remember exactly but I believe I when into the calendar "folder display" section (not normal calendar display). I believe I had to clear up the folder section. I also did a list view to verify I did not have any entries in the calendar. Also, on the prior MMCP next to Calendar there was a option to select which calendar to Sync with (like default, can't remember exactly). I had a problem with that picking the correct calendar. However, with the calendar beta and 1.61 you no longer has that option.

Caution: In my case the good calendar was in Outlook not MM. At one point I lost all my calendar entries on both MM and Outlook. However, I did make a copy of my PST File before starting. My point be very careful which direction you are Syncing when reseting you data (advanced section).

WEll I finally got the invite to join the MobileMe calendar beta and after upgrading, it recognized that I had Outook and my calendars magically appeared in Outlook 2010.

The only issue was that they all disappeared from my iPhone and nothing new could be synced to my iPad. I went through the instructions for setting up the iPad and the calendars appeared, so I tried the instructions for the iPhone and nothing happened. So I decided to try the iPad instructions with the iPhone and all the calendars appeared. Now everything is working the way it should. At least for the moment or until the next upgrade.

The updating of Outlook happens based on your Sync settings in MobileMe Control Panel. Your iPhone must not be on iOS 4. With iOS 4 you do not have to use the CalDAV setup on your iPhone.

My iPhone is an iPhone 4 using iOS 4.0.1

All I know is that now it is syncing calendars. CalDAV or not I am just happy to hae calendars working again on my iPhone
