Can't sync calendars

I keep receiving the following error message on my win PC when trying to sync my Outlook calendar (2003):

Calendars cannot be synced at this time because another computer is
currently syncing this data.

None of my Macs are syncing at this time. Its been this way for hours.

I have been getting that off an on all day. Of course, none of my calendar events or contacts actually syncs, so it's kind of funny to get a message like that.
