iPhone Can't sync jailbroken phone w itunes

I have an iphone 6 jailbroken on 8.1.2 and running itunes 12. I haven't synced in over 2 months and wanted to add some videos to my phone, so I tried to sync through itunes. As soon as I clicked on the phone icon after plugging my phone in, itunes froze and I had to restart itunes.

I was able to click on the iphone after restarting itunes, but still can't sync, it just keeps saying waiting to sync or syncing but doesn't actually sync. I also can't see the apps installed on my phone.

Any ideas or thoughts?

thats weird i have a 6 + jailbroken and can sync just fine but im running the latest itunes

Try to downgrade iTunes to version 12.0.1.
