iPad Pro Can’t sync new iPad

I can’t sync my new M4 iPad Pro - 2Tb

I get a message saying file not found to sync iPad…. When I first connected it it downloaded and ran an install.

Any suggestions please.

Are you using iTunes on windows? If so, have you tried to uninstall and reinstall?
