Can't Tap Notifications

Running the latest beta of iOS 10 on iPhone 6S. In the Notification Center, I'm having issues tapping notifications to interact with it. In order to get it to do anything, I have to use force touch. Anyone else having this issue. Tried soft reset.

I have the same issue on my 6S +. Prob just a bug in the beta. Hopefully it gets fixed in the GM.

I have the same problem in the GM. I wonder if it's a bug or a "feature"?

I had the same issue on the previous beta, but it seems to be fixed on the GM.
