My girlfriend has a rather strange sounding name, so Siri never pronounces it correctly. Previously, I would use the "that is not how you pronounce that" command and then teach her how to pronounce it correctly.
As of 9.3 however, doing it only gives me two pronounciation options: the original "wrong" and spelled out. Is the feature working for anyone else?
