iPod Cant transfer .mp4 files from keepvid on iPod

Is there a way around this ?

on keepvid you can just save a video as an mp4, its play in iTunes, but wont transfer...

any help ?
 
You may need to right click on the video in iTunes and convert it to a iPod/iPhone playable format.
