Hi everyone. I don't know exactly when it started, but when I buy a movie on my ipad, I can't transfer it to my Mac. The movie on the ipad doesn't even show in the sidebar in iTunes. Mac runs High Sierra, iPad is on iPad OD 15 latest beta.
It seems like, I can only not transfer movies, because I purchased a book and there was no problem with it.

Any ideas what could be the problem?

It almost sounds like the purchase didn't happen. Would you confirm a couple of things?
1. On your iPad > iTunes > Purchased > Movies > All. Is this where you're saying you don't see your purchase?
2. If so, does it show in your purchase history when you log into your iTunes store account on your iPad?
3. Did you receive an email receipt for it?

Thanks for the reply. The movies are definitely purchased, as they are downloaded to my iPad and I can watch them there without a problem.
When I connect my iPad to my Mac, I see it in the iTunes sidebar and there I see my media on my iPad (music, tv-shows, movies, ...). But I don't see my purchased and downloaded movies there.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the issue, but couldn't you just download them via iTunes on your Mac?

Theoretically, yes I could. Problem is I have very limited internet at home and I don't want to waste all my data, to download a few movies.

Yep, I totally understand. Wish I could help test this for you, but I'm on Big Sur.
