iPod Can't transfer videos to nano/Can't add videos to itunes

Hi!
I got a new ipod nano, and i have been trying to transfer videos, but they don't appear in itunes so i can't transferer them to the ipod. I try to convert them again with diferent programs, in diferent extesions( mp4, mov, avi) but nothing...Is there any way to transfer them?

Edit: i already fix it, i reinstall itunes and quicktime and restart the mac and it worked, at least for one movie, hope it works for other movies.
