Can't turn off audio descriptions

i can't turn off audio descriptions on my ATV 4 tvOS 10 when I try to play The Fantastic Mr. Fox for my son and I. It is off under accessibility, and I don't have the narration when I switch to other movies in my library that I have purchased from the iTunes Store. I tried a hard reset but nothing.

Has anyone else experienced this, or have any suggestions.

Does it have 2 audio tracks perhaps? One with and other without audio descriptions?
