Can't turn off some keyboard sounds - Calc & 3rd party apps

Has anyone else noticed this?

I get keyboard clicks when using the calculator but system wide keyboard clicks are turned off in settings.

I'm also getting clicks when scrolling through date selection in a 3rd party app (Baby Nursing).

Yup, it's something that's different in iOS 10 for some reason (hopefully it's a bug or an oversight of some sort that will get fixed sooner rather than later).
