Other Can’t update Apple ID settings?

When I go to settings, I’m getting a prompt to update Apple ID settings, then asks for my iPhone passcode, but when I put it in, I just get the spinning wheel in the top right corner and it never does anything.

Also, searching in settings doesn’t seem to be working?

Any ideas?

Do a Power Off, wait about 2 minutes, then power up and see if this fixes it.
