Often (but not always) when I check for updates for my apps in iTunes, clicking "update all" does nothing. I have the little hand cursor, but clicking on the button does not perform the update. When I put the cursor on the "update" button for the individual app(s), I don't even see the little hand. Later, or on a different day, it may work just fine. Any ideas?

This is iTunes 10.4? Could suggest an issue with connecting to the iTunes/App Store servers...
