why didn't you mention that originally then?
can you the appletv access the internet? (youtube or trailers?)
what "others" is it not showing ?
Yes it does access the internet.
And it shows the same features of the first version: Internet, Youtube, Mobile Me, Flickr, Trailers, Computer and Settings.
But it shows on settings that the version is up to date on 4.4.2.

connect to itunes and restore again
that's what i've suggested twice, and both times apparently didn't fix the issue.
debatable if the OP is actually doing the restore correctly though.
