Can't update from beta 10.2 to public release

I mistakenly left the beta profile on my wife's iPhone and she wound up with iOS 10.2 Beta 1 (14C5062E). Now that the public release is out her phone still says 10.2 is up to date even though her phone is running the beta. I've tried OTA and iTunes. I tried forcing an update with iTunes. Tried deleting the beta profile. Tried reinstalling the beta profile. Any other possible solutions to this one?

Backup first, then restore using iTunes because it will install iOS 10.2 (14C92).
Backup is always recommended.

If I backup what she has now on the beta will that transfer to the public 10.2 when I restore it?
